Regarding the writing of the daily newspaper Politika on the collection of rents for real estate owned by the City of Belgrade and allegations that the City has made a decision not to collect rent during the state of emergency in the Republic of Serbia, the Director of Property management and rental company \u201eDipos\u201c d.o.o. Belgrade, Mr. Djoko Krivokapic made a statement.<\/p>\n

In the statement given to the daily newspaper \u201ePolitika\u201c on 8\/8\/2020. Mr. Krivokapic said that in accordance with the recommendation of the Ministry of Economy, Property management and rental company \u201eDipos\u201c d.o.o. Belgrade, will not charge its tenant’s rent while the emergency measures in the territory of the Republic of Serbia are in power.<\/p>\n

Also, Director Krivokapic pointed out that this decision only relates to the cost of leasing real estate and not to utility costs of the leased object, and that\u201c Dipos\u201c d.o.o. Belgrade will, after lifting the emergency measures in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, make an Agreement with the Tenants on how it will reimburse the rent costs of the leased properties.<\/p>\n
