A cordial and exceptionally pleasant meeting between the Director of DIPOS, Bojana Martinović, and her Deputy, Ivana Milosavljević, with the Ambassador of Mexico, H.E. Carlos Félix Corona, was held on December 8, 2025, at the premises of the Mexican Embassy, in the spirit of the upcoming New Year holidays and the anniversaries to be celebrated in 2026, when we will mark 70 years of successful cooperation.

The first Lease Agreement between the Embassy of Mexico and our Company was signed in 1956, and the Embassy has been located for decades in a building from our portfolio, at 5 Ljutiće Bogdana Street, which gave today’s visit a particularly ceremonial and emotional character.

Expressing gratitude for the decades-long trust and cooperation, Director Martinović presented His Excellency with a special “Key of Trust” — a symbolic token of respect, loyalty, and mutual dedication, and during the conversation both sides emphasized their great satisfaction with the partnership they have built.

“Decades-long cooperation with our tenants is both the foundation and the crown of our work. Cooperation with the Embassy of Mexico especially testifies to the strength of trust, respect, professionalism, and joint effort. These are partnerships that inspire us to always go a step further,” said Director Martinović, emphasizing the importance of such relations for the further development of the Company.

At a time when we traditionally review our business results, today’s meeting is the first in a series of planned events with which we will mark the jubilee, successful, and lasting partnerships with our tenants.
