Property management and rental company Dipos d.o.o. Belgrade strives to constantly improve its business processes, to achieve better business results and the quality of services it provides to its clients and to increase their satisfaction of users of services. One of the basic mechanisms for improving services is the continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction.
Accordingly, Dipos conducted a survey of customer satisfaction through an anonymous online questionnaire, during which service users had the opportunity to assess the overall work of the Company and employees, quality of services and work performed, speed of response to inquiries and requests, but also to make suggestions to improve the quality of services and work of employees.
The general finding of the conducted research shows that the users of the services of the Company are very satisfied with the quality of services provided, the cooperation achieved, the speed of realization of their requests, but also the competencies of employees.
