Director Bojana Martinović participated today in the meeting between the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dušan Kozarev, and the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of India, Abhishek Shukla.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss concrete steps for cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and the Embassy of the Republic of India in Belgrade, as well as the modalities for their operationalization.

Extending a warm welcome, Kozarev wished the Ambassador success in the performance of his duties, expressing confidence that, through joint efforts and dedicated work, relations between the two countries would be further enhanced.

It was noted that high-level visits represent an additional impetus to strengthening the traditionally friendly relations established in the founding days of the Non-Aligned Movement.

Cooperation between DIPOS and the Embassy of the Republic of India dates back to that very period, as the first contract was signed in 1963.

The meeting was also attended by the Director of the Republic Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia, Jovan Vorkapić.
