At the property located at 6 Čakorska Street, we have completed a full renovation:

✔️ The roof was replaced and all sheet metal works were carried out.
✔️ The building was thermally insulated by installing façade insulation and insulation in the attic.
✔️ Waterproofing was applied to all wet areas and the basement.
✔️ Ceramic tiles were installed, existing floors were rehabilitated, and oak parquet flooring was installed in part of the building.
✔️ Suspended ceilings were installed, all water supply and sewage installations were replaced, and new high- and low-voltage electrical installations were installed.
✔️ The building is equipped with new lighting, sanitary fixtures, and a new kitchen with appliances.
✔️ The courtyard was landscaped with a parking area, an installed irrigation system, a newly formed lawn, and planted ornamental greenery.
