Property investments and rennovations – We provide our tenants with investment maintenance services of the facility. These services imply execution of construction and other works depending on the type of facility in order to improve the conditions of it during use.
Ongoing maintenance – We provide our tenants with ongoing maintenance service. These services imply execution of work that is undertaken in order to prevent damage caused by use of the facility or to prevent such damage. They consist of inspections, repair and taking preventive protective measures, that is, taking all measures to ensure that the facility is in a satisfactory usable level.
Emergency services – We offer to our tenants emergency services for the facility, in relation to installation and construction work.
Cleaning Services – To our tenants we offer cleaning and maintenance services for office spaces and entire office buildings.
Grounds Security – We offer our tenants ground security for their real estate.
Landscaping yards and green spaces – We offer to our clients consulting and design services for landscaping yards and green spaces.
Architectural construction and installation work – We offer to our clients consulting and design services for architectural construction and installation work.
Maintenance and design services for green spaces – We offer to our tenants maintenance services of green spaces (flower planting, pruning, lawn mowing, sowing grass seed, tree trimming etc.)
