The newly accredited Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Republic of Serbia, H. E. Mr. Demetrios Theophylactou, visited Property management and rental company “Dipos” d.o.o. Belgrade.

His Excellency was welcomed and received by the Director of “Dipos” d.o.o. Belgrade, Mr. Djoko Krivokapic and Deputy director, Ivana Milosavljevic.

During this courteous visit, His Excellency, Mr. Demetrios Theophylactou got acquainted with the director of  “Dipos”, Mr. Krivokapic, as well as with the work and functioning of Property management and rental company “Dipos” d.o.o. Belgrade.

For many years, the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in the Republic of Serbia has been using for its needs real estate managed by the Company, which is intended for the accommodation of diplomatic and consular missions and representatives in the Republic of Serbia.

During friendly conversations between H. E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Theophylactou and Director of Dipos d.o.o. Belgrade, Mr. Krivokapic, both sides expressed great satisfaction with the long-term cooperation, the quality of services provided by the Company to the esteemed Embassy and considered the possibility of further improving business cooperation.

At the end of the visit, His Excellency, Mr. Demetrios Theophylactou took the opportunity to kindly thank the Director of the Company for all activities of the Company aimed at maintaining the property used by the esteemed Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus for its needs.
