Customer satisfaction – one of the primary goals of Dipos
Therefore, Property management and rental company “Dipos” d.o.o. Belgrade has made great efforts in the previous period to improve its business processes, the quality of its services and the satisfaction of its customers.
During December 2020, Dipos conducted an anonymous survey for users of the services provided, during which respondents had the opportunity to assess the quality of services provided, to express their impressions when it comes to their expectations and requirements, to assess the transparency and availability of information, and the image of the Company, the competence, professionalism and kindness of employees, and then to express overall satisfaction with the services provided.
The general finding of the conducted research is that the users of the services expressed a high degree of satisfaction with all aspects of the accomplished business cooperation with Property management and rental company “Dipos” d.o.o. Belgrade.
