On February 11, 2023, our employees attended the seminar “Technical aspects of management and maintenance of residential buildings” organized by PKS.

The seminar covered a number of topics, including: the work and functioning of residential communities, the legal aspect of the functioning of residential communities, and solving concrete examples through practice.

With valuable information, we gained new insight into the application of regulations in this area in order to improve the management of facilities in our portfolio as well as the business of our Company.
