Property management and rental company  “Dipos” d.o.o.Belgrade,  during 2021 continued to actively monitor, measure and evaluate the performance of business processes in order to further improve them, as well as the further growth and development of the Company.

The data show that during the first quarter of 2021, Dipos achieved positive results, as evidenced by the percentage of real estate leased, as well as the level of collection of the Company’s receivables.

At the end of the first quarter of 2021, more precisely on March 31, 2021, an estimate percent of rented out real estateis  in the amount of 98.57%

On the same day, 31.03.2021, the level of collection of receivables was 85.70%.
