On the occasion of March 8, our Company celebrates each year the strength, dedication, and achievements of our female colleagues, whose energy, knowledge, professionalism, and determination shape and guide the operations and results of Dipos.

We are proud that our Company is led by the first woman Director in the history of Dipos, Bojana Martinović, and even more proud that women form the foundation of every segment of our business—from operational roles to all levels of management.

For this reason, the celebration we traditionally organize is not merely a gesture of appreciation, but an expression of great respect and also a reminder that equality is a value we live by every day.
