Special focus and  priority of employees during the previous period in the business of Property management and rental company  “Dipos” d.o.o. Belgrade, was the increase in the percentage of rented out real estate managed by the Company, effective collection of receivables, increase in operating income, and thus an increase in funds paid into the budget of the Republic of Serbia, as well as satisfaction of service users and service quality.

At the end of 2020, regarding acieved activities, Property management and rental company “Dipos” d.o.o., Belgrade recorded the following results:

On 31st December 2020 , the percentage of rented out real estate managed by Dipos is 96.61%.

On the same date, the effective collection rate of receivables was 88.27%.

 

Despite the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Property management and rental company “Dipos” d.o.o. Belgrade managed to achieve the presented business results, and in a professional way, managed to respond to all challenges in 2020, which it will strive to do as well during the following period.
