Last month, Mr. Andrej Nikolaevich Khripunov, the trade representative of the Russian Federation in Belgrade, visited our Company, and the main topic of discussion with the director of Dipos, Mrs. Bojana Martinovic, was the continuation and enhancement of our cooperation that has lasted for over 50 years.

On the occasion of September 1st, we wish all students and teachers a happy start to the new school year, especially our tenants and dear friends from Chartwell International School, École Française de Belgrade, and Deutsche Schule Belgrad. In this edition, we will introduce you to another one of the services we offer to our tenants and municipality of Stari Grad, where some of the prestigious buildings from our portfolio are located. We will also take you to distant Ecuador, which celebrated its Independence Day on August 10th, in memory of when the citizens of Quito, today’s capital of Ecuador, rebelled and declared independence from Spain in 1809.
