LEASE POLICY
In order to efficiently, effectively and responsibly manage the State’s real estate portfolio, we are guided by a specific set of rules provisioned by the State.
While Dipos is primarily focused on renting and managing the State’s real-estate portfolio intended for housing the diplomatic core in Serbia, properties that remain empty are offered to private local companies and individuals. These properties are offered under specific conditions and a set of rules, defined in the regulation on the manner and procedure for leasing real estate under the ownership of the Republic of Serbia.
