Active extensive work by Property management and rental company Dipos d.o.o. Belgrade on the project of enhancing the ambience of the Diplomatic Colony on Dedinje, has been finished.

The project of making the Diplomatic colony on Dedinje a beautiful place initially started with new markings of the real estate in it. Namely, in front of the buildings in the streets of Diplomatska kolonija, Generala Save Grujica and Aleksandra Stambliskog, illuminated standing “totem signs” were put up with the tenant names and addresses of the real estates.

A circular illuminated “totem sign” containing information about the history of the Colony and the company Dipos as well, has been put up.

A new corner of rest and enjoyment

With the realization of the project of beautifying the ambience of the Diplomatic colony a corner for rest and enjoyment has also been composed. Within the park, a small but modern piazza accompanied with lighting and benches has been constructed.

The piazza is a place of rest and enjoyment for all visitors and residents of the Diplomatic colony.

Despite the fact that the Diplomatic colony in Dedinje was built more than 50 years ago, thanks to the continuous work of the company Dipos on the arrangement and functionality enhancement of it, the Colony still represents a green oasis in one of the most exclusive locations for living and working in the city of Belgrade.

 

Property management and rental company Dipos d.o.o. Belgrade plans further more to continue its work on improving the appearance and functionality of this unique surrounding.
