Survey on the satisfaction of users of Dipos d.o.o. services


Continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction with the services provided is one of the basic mechanisms for improvement, both of the services provided by one company and of the partnership between stakeholders – service providers and users. In order to have insight of customer satisfaction with the services provided by DIPOS, in December 2019, a user survey was organized and conducted on the quality of various aspects of DIPOS business, based on a sample of 100 users.

The general finding of this research is that the users are very satisfied with both the quality of services provided by DIPOS and the activities and competencies of DIPOS  employees. Generally speaking, the results indicate a positive attitude of clients towards the business of DIPOS.
