The month behind us was marked by numerous activities in our Company!

For the edition of Fortune magazine, one of the oldest and most important global business magazines, which will be completely dedicated to Serbia, the director of our Company, Đoko  Krivokapić, presented Dipos as a premium brand on the Serbian real estate market: business, successes, current projects and plans.

To more intensively connect Dipos with the diplomatic and international business community in Belgrade, last month Dipos established cooperation with the International Women’s Club by hosting Mrs. Eun Hai Kim, President of the Club. In an exclusive interview for Dnevnik RTS, the director of Dipos, Đoko Krivokapić, spoke about the key to the success of Dipos’ business, the significant results achieved in the collection of receivables and the number of properties issued. A special accent was devoted to how Dipos meets the demands of tenants, but also to the extremely successful outcome of court proceedings against those tenants who, using state real estate, did not respect contractual obligations.

As a socially responsible entity, which treats waste as a value and waste processing as an industry, we have installed a container for collecting paper, which is one of the most suitable raw materials for recycling.

Our employees attended the seminar “Technical aspects of management and maintenance of residential buildings”, organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. At the seminar, numerous topics were covered through which we gained new knowledge about the application of regulations in this area, to improve the maintenance of real estate in our portfolio as well as the business of our Company.

In this edition, we introduce you to Vojvoda Milenko, one of the most controversial leaders of the First Serbian Uprising, who greatly contributed to the achievement of national independence.
